Art has many forms. One such form of art is the Indian classical dance. Bharatanatyam is one such classical dance from South India and its inspirations come from sculptures of ancient temple of Chidambaram. While watching one such performance live I was inspired by the different poses a dancer culminates into on the dance floor and tried to fuse one such pose into a piece of furniture design – a Chair.
